Loves Park AMBUCS ramp information:

  Our very first RAMP!             

The members of the Loves Park AMBUCS are serving our communities by planning and building handicapped access ramps at residences in Loves Park and Machesney Park. Our goal is to build five ramps per year for families who need assistance.

Many families are referred to us by various Loves Park and Machesney Park social service agencies; some contact us directly. Building materials are sometimes provided free, and the AMBUC volunteers donate the construction labor.

Fill out the application and return it to us at 3128 N. Main Street, Rockford, Il 61103. The application will be reviewed and if approved, the process will begin as soon as possible.

Interested in becoming a volunteer to build ramps? Call us at 815-282-2628, and we will let you know when our next project is, and what type of help we need. Each project is unique and we need coordinators, designers, and laborers. Even if you have never been involved in a project like this we can use your help.
